Kurtis McKinney has a fairly familiar story here at US Beef.
He started as an assistant manager and through his
Commitment, Humility, and Respect, he now finds himself as a
District Manager in Region 6...and a darn good one. Join us

He talks about how he struggled with confidence and what
helped him overcome those struggles. Region 6 is where the
Peer-To-Peer Program got started and Kurtis was one of the original
support coaches. Hear Kurtis talk about the impact of

Graduate and he's a sponge when it comes to personal and
professional growth and development.
