019- Jennifer Breedlove and Lisa Owens

We mix it up again this week as I record the first conversation I've ever had with our new Field Marketing Representatives, Jennifer Breedlove and Lisa Owens!  Both ladies started working for US Beef on Monday, June 12 and we are so lucky to have them on board.  I was able to sit down with both of them on Wednesday to chat about company culture and some of their good (and not so good) experiences.  Lynn Modisette set this up as an informal discussion as part of their orientation, but the tides quickly turned as I asked these strangers if I could record our conversation and turn it into an a CompassCast episode.  With only slight hesitation, they agreed and the end result is Episode 19!  Hope you enjoy.
