In episode 33, we're talking hospitality.  When it comes to connecting with your guests, the most powerful weapon in your arsenal might be a well executed "table touch".  Following up on with our dine-in guests is a great opportunity to make a positive impact, but it also provides great conditions for learning more about your business. 

In order to make the most of your trip to the lobby, you'll need some go-to questions and conversation starters.   That's what this episode is all about!   The episode is based off of an article I wrote for Prime Choice last year.  Earlier last week, Dustin Spotila (DM Region 6) asked me to send him the article so he could circulate it throughout R6.  We can always use a little more hospitality in our lives so I thought I would turn the article into an episode.  

It's my first full solo episode...I hope you enjoy!
