Janell Colbert is the Regional Director of Region 6 and on Episode 36, she walks us through her leadership journey. We discuss the ups and downs of personal growth and development, the consequences one faces if they fail to connect with their teams, and what you can do if you are currently stuck in a rut. Janell is doing some amazing things right now and she's positively impacting hundreds of lives in her region...and beyond. However, for Janell, it wasn't always easy.
