Buckle up buttercup! We are back on the road! This time, with Northern Colorado and Wyoming (Region 11) Regional Director of Operations, Deb Kendall. We cruise from Brighton, CO to Windsor, CO and on the way we discuss all of the growth that is taking place in Region 11. Deb, Bill Fritz (Area Director) , and all of their DMs have been extremely busy lately as they are in the process of opening 5 restaurants in 100 days! Yikes!
We discuss all of the wonderful things that result from rapid growth, but we also touch on some of the pesky pitfalls that can surface while so much attention is focused on the new restaurants.
