Another great US Beef success story...Josh Spotz (newly promoted Area Director) started as a team member and now he finds himself working side by side with his mentor and current Regional Director of Operations, Karen Lynch. This dynamic duo has a challenging road ahead. In a market that has had its share of struggles, we now look to Karen and Josh to get us back on track in Kansas City.
